I finally found a way to make cupcakes with a fruit puree that aren’t gummy, and I’m so excited! Tender strawberry cupcakes made with real strawberries, cream filling, fluffy white chocolate strawberry frosting, and decorated with cream dots and pink sugar pearls. These are a nice, light, and refreshing cupcake for the warmer months!
